La Ferme Guyon guarantees trees, shrubs, rose bushes and conifers (excluding hedge cedars) until October 31 of the year of purchase. This warranty is extended to 5 years with the purchase, on the same invoice, of Myke fertilizer for trees and shrubs and Fafard 3/1 trees and shrubs planting soil.
Hedge cedars are guaranteed at a maximum of 10% of the value of cedars purchased during the season until October 31 of the year of purchase or of the following year, if the hedge cedars are purchased with our team's planting service.
Perennial plants, annual plants, aquatic plants, vegetable plants, bulbs, fine herbs, planters, indoor plants are guaranteed for a period of 30 days.
Plants sold at a discount are not guaranteed. During this period, your plant will be replaced by a plant from the same family, of an identical format and of equivalent value, upon presentation of the plant and the purchase invoice. It is essential to follow the instructions of our advisors and to contact us at the first signs of a problem so that we can suggest the care to be taken to save your plant.
Damage caused by natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, animal, pest, vandalism or any act of negligence is not covered.
Any other product can be returned to us within 10 days of its purchase date
when defective or in its original packaging if in good condition.
