Engaging the youngest among us allows us to instill essential values about the significance of agriculture in Quebec, supporting local consumption, and fostering connections within our community. Hence, our emphasis on activities designed for families, especially aimed at children, particularly the very young. Educating them about the origins of food — that milk comes from cows, eggs from chickens, and that different breeds produce distinct eggs like brown or white ones — is crucial. They learn how butter
is made and understand that not everything originates directly from the grocery store.
