“In 2010, when I was in the process of finding the perfect oven for our many different kinds of breads I ended up sampling breads from numerous rural craft bakeries. This brought me to a bakery near Quebec city that was making the exact quality of bread I wished to make. I then toured their kitchen to see the oven they were using to bake such wonderful bread. I discovered they were using an oven made by the French company named Guyon. My search stopped right then and there, that oven was a match made in heaven!”
